We were approached with an idea – a holistic football talent development agency aimed at looking after the player. With that as our starting point we had to come up with a name, logo and general brand identity.
We chose the name ‘The Pitch’ as that is where the magic of football happens. Additionally, the brand is built on the principle of ‘blowing the whistle’ on the mismanagement of players hence the whistle for the logo. The green colour gradient was inspired by the grass on a soccer pitch, further linking the brand to the sport – clean, current and professional.
